About OG Tech

OG Tech is the operations platform for Oceangate Line Shipping LLC, a logistics provider serving businesses across Iraq. The platform combines a web dashboard for office staff with a mobile app for drivers and warehouse teams. Together they cover shipment dispatch, last-mile delivery, fulfillment, cash-on-delivery reconciliation, and live tracking.

Access to OG Tech is provided through your branch administrator. If you need an account, ask your manager to invite you from the User Management page in the web dashboard.

Getting Help

Choose the option that best matches what you need:

• Trouble signing in. Use the "Forgot password" link on the login screen — it can send a reset link by email or WhatsApp. If you no longer have access to either, ask your branch administrator to reset your password from the User Management page.
• App crashes or unexpected errors. Please email us with the affected screen, the time it happened, and a screenshot if possible. Driver-app crashes during a route should also be reported to your dispatcher so the shipment can be handed off.
• Account changes (role, branch, coverage areas). Your branch administrator manages these from the web dashboard. We do not change account permissions over email for security reasons.
• Billing, contracts, or business onboarding. Email us and a member of the business team will be in touch.

Mobile App Support

• Android. Install or update from https://og-logestics.com/app. After install, the app will prompt for camera and location permissions — both are required for shipment scanning and driver dispatch.
• iOS. Install from the App Store (search "OG TECH"). Tap "Allow" when prompted for camera, photo library, and location ("While Using the App") permissions.
• Languages. The app is fully bilingual — switch between English and Arabic from the Profile tab. The interface mirrors right-to-left when Arabic is selected.
